Transparent billing in your currency. All engagement fees for clients outside India are invoiced in United States Dollars (USD) or British Pounds Sterling (GBP) at the client's preference, confirmed at the start of the engagement. Payment is accepted via international credit or debit card through our authorised payment gateway, or by SWIFT wire transfer. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, travel, and out of pocket expenses, which are billed at cost. A written proposal with the exact fee, scope, timeline, and payment schedule is shared with every client before work begins.
Custom Engagements

Something bigger, or something different

Not every question fits inside a package. For larger transformation programmes, multi country work, or engagements that combine several of our practice areas, we build a custom scope and fee together with the client.

How custom pricing works

  1. We begin with a free scoping conversation to understand the question, the context, and the constraints.
  2. Within three business days we share a written proposal setting out scope, team, timeline, deliverables, and fee.
  3. The proposal confirms the currency of invoicing (USD or GBP for international clients), payment schedule, and accepted payment methods.
  4. Work begins once the proposal is signed and the first invoice is settled in the agreed currency.

All clients receive a written proposal before any work is performed or any payment is collected. We do not take speculative payments and we do not begin work on any engagement without explicit written agreement from the client.
