Advisory packages for international clients
Every client is different. The formats below are the patterns we see most often. Final pricing is always confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
Insight Sprint
A focused two week research and analysis sprint for a single, well defined question.
Invoiced in USD or GBP. Two weeks of senior time.

Advisory Engagement

Retainer Partnership
An ongoing advisory retainer for founders and leadership teams who want a consistent thinking partner.
Invoiced monthly in USD or GBP. Three month minimum.

Something bigger, or something different
Not every question fits inside a package. For larger transformation programmes, multi country work, or engagements that combine several of our practice areas, we build a custom scope and fee together with the client.
How custom pricing works
- We begin with a free scoping conversation to understand the question, the context, and the constraints.
- Within three business days we share a written proposal setting out scope, team, timeline, deliverables, and fee.
- The proposal confirms the currency of invoicing (USD or GBP for international clients), payment schedule, and accepted payment methods.
- Work begins once the proposal is signed and the first invoice is settled in the agreed currency.
All clients receive a written proposal before any work is performed or any payment is collected. We do not take speculative payments and we do not begin work on any engagement without explicit written agreement from the client.
