An independent consulting firm built on rigour and relationships
Dynmark Technosoft was founded to give founders and operating teams the same quality of thinking that the largest firms reserve for the largest clients, delivered with the intimacy of a partner you actually know.
A boutique advisory firm with a global outlook
Headquartered in Jaipur, India, Dynmark Technosoft is a management consulting firm advising clients across consumer, industrial, technology, logistics, financial services, healthcare, and energy sectors. We combine classical consulting discipline with the flexibility of a boutique firm, and we work the way our clients want to work, not the other way around.
Our practice is deliberately small. That is a feature, not a limitation. It means every engagement is staffed with senior people who remain accountable from first brief to final delivery, and it means our clients get thinking that is tailored to their situation rather than assembled from a template.
The firm serves a narrow set of buyers on purpose. Founders who are building a real business rather than a story. Operating teams that need to make a hard choice and want an honest second opinion before they make it. Investment committees that are evaluating a sector they have not worked in before. Family office principals who want the discipline of a large firm without the overhead of one. We are not the right firm for every question. We say so in writing when we are not, and we point the client towards a better home for the work.
Our work lands on three types of table. The first is the founder table, where the question is usually about where to place the next bet and how to staff it. The second is the operating review table, where the question is usually about the economics of a business unit, a geography, or a channel that is drifting. The third is the board table, where the question is usually whether the plan the executive team has put forward is the right plan and whether the numbers behind it hold.
Five principles that shape how we work
These are not slogans. They are the commitments our clients hold us to, and the filter we run every engagement through.
Independence of Mind
We are not tied to technology vendors, implementation partners, or any other commercial arrangement that could cloud our advice. Our recommendations are ours alone, and our clients get the unfiltered version.
Small, Senior Teams
You work directly with the people producing the analysis. There is no layer of junior staff between you and the thinking, and there is no handover from the team that sold the work to the team that delivers it.
Evidence Over Opinion
Primary research, credible data, and disciplined analysis. We are sceptical of strong opinions loosely held, and we test our own thinking before we test yours.
Clarity Above All
If a recommendation cannot be explained in a paragraph, it probably is not ready. Our writing is plain, our charts are honest, and our readouts leave the room with a clear set of next steps.
One Line of Accountability
Every engagement the firm accepts is led by the Proprietor, who is personally responsible for the quality of the work and for the professional conduct of every person on the team. That accountability is written into every statement of work, and it does not move during the engagement.
The five principles above are the language the firm uses in every client conversation, in every written proposal, and in every internal debate. They are not marketing lines. The firm holds itself to them on purpose, and a client is welcome to hold the firm to them in the same way. If the firm ever slips against one of them, the fastest way to tell us is an email to the Proprietor. We will read the message personally and respond in writing.

A short history of the firm
Dynmark Technosoft was founded in 2016 by a practitioner who had spent the better part of a decade leading research and strategy engagements across consumer, industrials, and financial services. The firm began with a single commitment, which was to do a smaller amount of work at a higher standard than the larger firms could justify, and to do that work for founders and operating teams who were not large enough to be a priority for the global networks.
In the years since, the firm has built its practice engagement by engagement. Each engagement has earned the next one. The firm has never used paid advertising and has never relied on a sales team. Every client is the result of a referral from another client, a senior association from an earlier engagement, or a written introduction from someone who knows the firm's work.
The firm has resisted the easy paths to growth. It has not opened a second office. It has not added a layer of junior staff. It has not expanded into software sales or implementation services. It has kept its commercial relationship with the client simple on purpose. That discipline has limited the firm's size, and that is the point. The size is a consequence of the standard, not the other way around.
How we choose the work we accept
The firm accepts an engagement only after three tests are passed. The first test is the question. Is the question important enough to the client that the answer will change a real decision. The second test is the fit. Is the shape of the question one the firm has worked on before, and can the firm bring senior experience to it without learning on the client's time. The third test is the independence. Is there any conflict of interest that would make the firm's view less valuable to the client than it should be. If any of the three tests fails, the firm says so in writing and points the client towards a better home for the work.
What the firm will not do
The firm does not take commissions, referral fees, or introduction fees from vendors, suppliers, or any third party connected to the question under review. The firm does not sell software, implementation, or staff augmentation. The firm does not accept engagements where its role is to write a predetermined conclusion. The firm does not write content for the client to publish under the client's name. These are not restrictions the firm resents. They are the boundaries that make the rest of the work possible.
