Accessibility Statement
Dynmark Technosoft is committed to making its website usable for the widest possible audience.
01 Our commitment
Dynmark Technosoft is committed to making this website usable for the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology.
We have built this site using standard semantic HTML, responsive layouts, and clear type sizing. Where we fall short of the widely accepted accessibility guidelines, we treat the gap as a defect and we fix it when it is brought to our attention.
02 Conformance target
This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard most commonly referenced by international accessibility regulations and is a reasonable and maintainable target for a practice of our size.
We treat this as a working commitment rather than a one time claim. As the site grows and we add new pages or media, we review them against the same guidelines before they go live.
03 Conformance status
Dynmark Technosoft self declares that the current version of www.dynmarkit.com substantially conforms with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Self declaration means we have reviewed the site against the guidelines ourselves and are satisfied that it meets them. It is not a certification by an external auditor.
Known limitations at the time of publication: a small number of decorative illustrations are delivered as scalable vector graphics without extensive text descriptions, because they are decorative rather than informational. Where an image carries meaning, we provide an alternative text description. If you find a case where we have fallen short, please write to us and we will correct it.
04 What we have done
Text contrast across the site meets or exceeds the ratios recommended by WCAG 2.1 Level AA for body copy and large text.
Headings are structured in a logical hierarchy so that screen readers and assistive technology can navigate the content without guessing at the outline.
Interactive elements are operable with a keyboard alone, and visible focus states are provided.
Images that carry information include appropriate alternative descriptions. Purely decorative images are marked so that assistive technology can skip them.
The site is fully responsive, so that content reflows sensibly on a phone, a tablet, or a desktop, and text can be resized without loss of function.
Form fields are labelled, and error messages are written in plain language that describes what went wrong and how to correct it.
05 Technologies this site relies on
Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA relies on the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SVG. These are used in ways that work with current assistive technologies and current versions of the major web browsers.
06 Assessment approach
Conformance of this site has been reviewed by the practice itself using a combination of manual checks, keyboard navigation testing, colour contrast checking, and automated tooling. We do not claim third party audit. If an engagement requires an externally audited statement of conformance, please let us know and we will arrange one.
07 Feedback and contact
If you encounter a page, image, or element that does not work for you, please let us know. We take accessibility concerns seriously and we will do our best to correct the issue quickly.
The responsible mailbox for accessibility feedback is info@dynmarkit.com. Messages sent to this address are read by the Proprietor of the firm and by the person responsible for the site. We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues within a reasonable period that is communicated to you in writing. For urgent matters you may also call us on +91 7023139797 during our office hours.
When you write to us, it helps us resolve the issue more quickly if you include the address of the page you were on, a short description of what did not work, the assistive technology you were using if any, and the browser and operating system you were using at the time. None of this information is required. Any detail you can provide is welcome.
08 Statement preparation and review cadence
This statement was prepared by Dynmark Technosoft without a third party audit. It was last reviewed on the first business day of the current year and the next scheduled review is the first business day of the following year. Beyond that annual cycle, the statement is also reviewed whenever the site undergoes a significant design or content change, and whenever a confirmed accessibility issue requires a change to the language of the statement itself.
The honest posture of the firm is that a small boutique practice cannot commit to the same audit cadence as a large organisation. What it can commit to is a written review on a fixed annual date, prompt handling of every report received in between, and a willingness to arrange an external audit at the request of any client that needs one for its own compliance purposes.
