How the firm handles the first contact
Every enquiry that arrives at info@dynmarkit.com is read by the Proprietor on the same business day. Clients who write outside Indian office hours will receive a reply on the next working day, usually in the morning. The reply is written by the Proprietor personally and is not sent from a template.
A first reply typically does three things. It acknowledges the enquiry and confirms when the firm will come back with a substantive view. It asks any short question the firm needs answered before it can form an initial reading. And it proposes a short introduction call if the question looks like one the firm could usefully work on.
If the firm does not think it is the right adviser for the piece of work, the Proprietor will say so in writing in the first reply and, where possible, suggest a different kind of adviser who would be a better fit. The firm treats the honest referral as part of the service the firm offers, and the time spent writing the referral is not billed.
A note on confidentiality. Enquiries received through this page and by email are treated as confidential from the moment they arrive. The firm does not share the content of an enquiry with any third party and does not add the sender to any mailing list.
